“The Lucky Country” was a 1964 book by Donald Horne, an anti-apartheid leftist, in which he "analysed" the reasons for Australia's "good luck" whilst avoiding the truth that a mass influx of lower-class whites (convicts and “ten pound poms”) created a white majority in a black country. "The Unlucky Country" (S.Africa) never accepted convicts, preferring free settlers, thus tragically limiting its white population who are now reaping a whirlwind of black racist tyranny..!
